This warranty is extensive in that it covers the replacement of all defective showerhead parts. LABOR CHARGES AND DAMAGE INCURRED IN INSTALLATION, REPAIR, OR REPLACEMENT, AS WELL AS ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS OR DAMAGE, ARE EXCLUDED. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt/invoice) from the original purchaser must be made available to Shower Head HQ . for all warranty claims.
THIS IS AN EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY BY Shower Head HQ, WHICH DOES NOT MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND VALID OVER IT, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. This warranty applies only to Bricor shower heads made after January 1, 2000.
This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial, and business usage, whose purchasers are now extended a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except for the duration of the contract.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Any damage to this shower head due to misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or any use of other than genuine Shower Head HQ replacement parts WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. It applies only to Shower Head HQ installed in the United States of America, Canada and Mexico, and some foreign locations.
WARNING: Shower Head HQ will not be responsible or liable for any failure and damage to this product caused by its use of water containing high chlorine concentrations that exceed the acceptable ppm concentration limit for human exposure levels.
Subjecting the Bricor shower head to acidic, high ionic, challenging water conditions over 15 grains/cc will also void the warranty.
Care Instructions: Care should be given to the cleaning of the product. Although it is highly durable, it can be damaged by harsh abrasives or polish. To clean, wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel.
